Two day Workshop specially for young people (in English)
The workshop is a combination of theory and practice, learning by doing. Theoretical components are; 7 layers of edible plants to harvest (Vegetables & perennial fruit / nut trees, edible shrubs, climbing plants, herbs, ground covers).
Design principles, location, soil, ecology, planting and choice of species. Bouwie offers practical, playful exercises and various working methods. We learn to observe, focus on the elements, look at how the existing garden functions, we investigate together the possibilities for more edible greenery.
